Wow, they may bring charges just so it doesn't appear they are letting a celebrity off the hook. Still, it sounds like a classic case of "he said, she said".

 Ok, here's the deal... According to KDKA, Big Ben told cops (at the scene, last week) that there was some sexual contact, that there was NO intercourse, and that he didn't force himself on the girl, but that she did slip, fall, and hit her head after their little encounter was over.
